Cry-baby is a very popular and famous musical. Maeby you know it…some informations:

Cry-Baby is a 1990 musical directed by John Waters. It stars Johnny Depp as 1950s teen rebel Wade „Cry-Baby“ Walker, and also features an expansive cast that includes Iggy Pop, Traci Lords, Ricki Lake, David Nelson, Susan Tyrrell and Patty Hearst. This film did not achieve high audience numbers in its initial release but has subsequently become a cult movie.

The film is a parody of teen musicals such as Grease, of Elvis Presley movies, and of 1950s ‘juvenile delinquent’ movies such as The Wild One and (specifically) Rebel Without a Cause. (Johnny Depp has said more than once that he took the role to poke fun at the teen-idol hysteria surrounding him during his days on the TV show 21 Jump Street.) It centers on a group of delinquents named the Drapes and their interaction with the rest of the town and its other subculture, the Squares, in 1950s Baltimore, Maryland.

„Cry-Baby“ Walker, a Drape, and Allison, a Square, create upheaval and turmoil in their town by breaking the subculture taboos and falling in love. The movie shows what the young couple have to overcome to be together and how their actions affect the rest of the town.

Part of the film takes place at the now-closed Enchanted Forest amusement park in Ellicott Cit, Maryland.

The film is rated PG-13 in the United States. It was Waters’ second mainstream Hollywood picture, after his earlier R- and X-rated independent films. (His first mainstream movie was the PG-rated Hairspray.)

DISTURBIA !!!! It is the best horror film I´ve ever seen!!!

 

Kale Brecht (Shia LaBeouf) and his father, Daniel (Matt Craven), are involved in a car accident while returning from a fishing trip, which takes Daniel’s life. A year later Kale is reprimanded by his Spanish teacher, Señor Gutierrez (Rene Rivera). When the teacher asks Kale what his father would think if he could see him now, Kale punches him in the face. For this assault, he is sentenced to a three-month house arrest period with an ankle monitor and a proximity sensor, which prohibit him from roaming beyond the boundaries of his lawn. He learns that one of the police officers monitoring him is the teacher’s cousin (Jose Pablo Cantillo), who delights in humiliating Kale, such as one occasion where he accidentally goes past the limits of the yard while chasing some neighborhood pranksters.

His mother, Julie Brecht (Carrie-Anne Moss), cancels his subscriptions to the iTunes Music Store and Xbox Live, as well as cutting the power cord of his television, to force him to help around the house. He begins to spy upon the surrounding neighborhood. One night, Kale becomes suspicious of his neighbor, Robert Turner (David Morse), who returns home in a 1960 Ford Mustang with a dented fender, matching the description given on a news report detailing an errant serial killer from Austin, Texas. Kale and his best friend Ronnie (Aaron Yoo) spy on his teenage neighbor, Ashley Carlson (Sarah Roemer), swimming in a bikini. She subsequently decides to join them in their stake out.

Ronnie and Ashley dismiss Kale’s suspicions initially, regarding them circumstantial coincidences. But they become more involved when Kale observes a woman Turner had picked up from a nightclub trying to escape the house in a panicked state. Although she is later seen to leave, Kale and Ashley witness Turner dragging a heavy, bloody bag to his garage.

Kale insists that Ronnie break into Turner’s car to get his garage door opener to continue investigating. While Turner is at the store being monitored by Ashley, Ronnie retrieves the garage door opener code but unfortunately leaves his cell phone behind. That night, when Ronnie discovers his mistake, they attempt to get it back. Inside the garage Ronnie finds the rancid bag along with hair and blood. The garage door is suddenly shut and Ronnie hides in the house while Kale attempts to rescue him, in the process alerting the police to the breach of his house arrest. After the police arrive they search the house and discover that Ronnie is nowhere inside. They discover that the bag in the garage contains the remains of a deer that Turner hit on the interstate. Kale fears Ronnie is dead, but later finds out that he escaped unharmed.

Kale’s mother goes across the street to talk to Turner, in hopes avoiding criminal charges. While she is there, Kale watches the tape Ronnie recorded during his escape from Turner’s house. As Ronnie fell over in his haste, he inadvertently filmed something hidden behind an air vent – the dead body of a girl. At the same moment, Turner attacks Julie.

Turner sneaks into Kale’s house and knocks out Ronnie with an aluminum baseball bat. He chases Kale, knocks him out, and duct tapes his limbs together. He reveals his plan to frame Kale for the murder of his mother and Ronnie before ostensibly killing himself. He is interrupted by Ashley, who startles the killer. Kale and Ashley get away, finally alerting the police of Kale’s escape.

Kale goes to search for his mother in Turner’s house while Ashley warns the police. In a secret room resembling an operating room, Kale finds the belongings of Turner’s previous victims, as well as a wig, suggesting Turner disguised himself as the woman leaving the house earlier. Officer Gutierrez arrives at the scene, but is killed by Turner. In the basement, Kale discovers a pool containing several dead bodies in various states of decay. He eventually finds his mother bound and gagged. Turner suddenly appears from behind Julie with a knife, but is killed by Kale with a pair of gardening shears.

Later, Kale’s ankle monitor is removed and he is released from house arrest for „good behavior“. Kale gets revenge on the neighborhood pranksters by revealing their covert viewing of adult movies to their mother. Ashley and Kale are shown kissing while Ronnie starts recording it, stating that it will be the number one video on YouTube.

CAN WE SAVE OUR PLANET?

I don´t think of my future very often. When I think about it, I don´t think about our planet. But when we talk about it in school, then I must think about it carefully, because I think people waste the earth more and more. One time the planet will be very dirty and people can´t go around, because there will be laying so much papers and other things on the street. What I also think is, that the hole in the ozon layer will turn bigger and bigger, if the people pollute our planet more and more. I think the people don´t know what mest they make!

I try to ride with the bike, when the way isn´t too long. =)

I like the band „Böhse Onkelz“ very much, because all the songs have got a background, and a cause for writing all the songs! Some of my friends like the band also, but other friends don´t like the „Onkelz“. I know, in the past, the Onkelz were more popular as now…but I like this band very much!!!!

MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE

Now i want to tell you a little bit about the main character Malcolm, from the comedy sitcom „Malcolm in the middle“. It is a very funny sitcom, from the US.

I want to tell you about Frankie Munizs (Malcolm) life:

Muniz was born in Wood-Ridge, New lersey, the son of Denise and Francisco Muniz III, a restaurant manager from Puerto Rico. Muniz was first discovered at age eight at a talent show in the Raleigh  North Carolina living in Knightdale (shortly after the family moved from Wood-Ridge), where he was cast as Tiny Tim in a local production of A christmas Carol. His parents divorced shortly after. Muniz subsequently moved to San Diego, California with his mother and sister. He appeared in commercials and made his film debut in the made-for-television movie, To Dance With Olivia (1997), starring Lou Gosset lr. The same year, he appeared in the CBS Hallmark Hall of Fame presentation of What the Deaf Man hard. A small role in the film Lost and Found (1999) led up to his breakthrough role as the title character on Malcolm in the Middle, which would make him a familiar face in millions of households.

                                                

THIS WEEKEND (11-13 APRIL) =)

This weekend was very cool!

At first, the weather was beautiful and the sun shined all day long. Then, I slept friday and saturday with alex at her home. We went into the city („in stadtcaffee“) and had had very much fun. Julia, a very very good friend from me, also slept there, so we had more fun. Friday I went after school with her dad, her brother and her to „giovanni“, the pizza- restaurant. Finally we went home and Alex´s boyfriend drove to her home. When he drove home with his mopetbike, we went to the playplace at 23°°. Because we looked a horrer film, we were sometimes afraid, that a man, like the man in the film, come…it was very funny, because such a man, can´t exist on the earth =) .

On saturday we went to a restaurant, called „stop and go“, to the „schnitzelhaus“ and ate something, then we went again into the town. At 7°° pm, we went to the videolibary and borrowed us a psycho-thriller for this night. So we looked again such a spooky video. Julia slept again at Alex´s home, like me.

I think, this weekend was very spooky, funny and nice. It must be done again!!!
